Rong-Ghor, meaning "House of Colours," reflects my deep-rooted connection to Assam, India. This name embodies the vibrant heritage of my homeland and the rich cultural diversity of the Northeastern states. Through Rong-Ghor, I aim to bring awareness to this aesthetics while blending global design influences to create uniquely styled homes. 

Growing up, I never lived in a beautifully decorated house, but I always had a deep desire to make any space feel warm and inviting. Without access to formal training due to living in a rural area, I would spend hours searching for creative ways to transform my surroundings. Over time, my passion led me to voluntarily redesign the homes of friends and relatives, simply because I found joy in the process. Although life initially took me down a different path, leading me to pursue a degree in Electrical Engineering, it was only after moving to Edmonton, Canada, that I truly embraced my love for home styling. Having lived in multiple countries, I developed the ability to blend different styles—from contemporary and Victorian to eclectic and traditional—to create stunning, personalized interiors.
